Wale Elegbede is a transformative strategist involved in social justice, community and healthcare where he provides leadership and guidance.

His charge includes development and execution strategy, project and program management, and business analysis among others. Wale knows strategic execution and has delivered very complex and innovate projects for some of the world’s top companies.

Wale’s 20+ years’ experience includes overseeing major project initiatives and large teams for a Fortune 500 company, largest furniture company in the world, and #1 healthcare hospital.

Wale’s professional experience spans multiple industries including higher education, information technology,consulting and business start-ups, e-commerce, software development, supply chain and manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. In 2017, Wale led project management efforts on a multidisciplinary project to implement a novel and revolutionary cancer service line. Wale designed an ERP software that was mentioned in the 2007 edition on INC 5000 that helped increase the operational efficiency and speed of a Wisconsin lumber company during their growth to 84.3% and sales increase of $30.3 million. It important to recognize that all these achievements and experiences were gained with the coordination and collaboration of great teams.
